Offer Promotion Period: Starts at 12:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/16/2021 | Ends on 11:59PM ET on 12/31/2022 ("Promotion Period"). If Betway decides to withdraw this Promotion, this will not impact the Promotion claim you completed during the Promotion Period before such withdrawal takes place.

1. This $1000 Risk-Free Bet Sports Welcome Offer (the "Promotion") is open only to new Betway patrons who create a verified Betway account and make a minimum qualifying deposit of at least $10.00 in their new Betway account ("Qualifying Deposit"). A risk-free bet ("Risk-Free Bet") is a special wager made in the Betway Sportsbook in connection with the redemption of this Promotion that meets the conditions set forth below and that, if such wager is a losing wager, will result in patron receiving an amount of free bet funds deposited in patron's Betway account that is equal to the amount of the original wager after the original wager is settled, up to a maximum amount of $1000.00 ("Free Bet Funds"). The amount of the Free Bet Funds awarded in this Promotion will be equal to the total amount of the qualifying Risk-Free Bet made in the Betway Sportsbook after you opt in to the Promotion, up to the maximum amount noted above.
2. In order for the wager to qualify as a Risk-Free Bet, the wager must meet the following conditions: (i) the wager must be the first qualifying wager placed in Betway's Sportsbook after patron opts in to the Promotion and makes a deposit of at least $10.00 in their new Betway account, with betting odds of at least –300 (1.33); (ii) the wager must be placed and fully settled within seven (7) days of opening patron's new Betway account; (iii) the wager must be made with real money, not bonus funds and/or other free bets or rewards available in patron's Betway account; and (iv) the wager may not be placed on odds boosts.
3. If patron's Risk-Free Bet is a losing wager, an amount equal to the Risk-Free Bet will be credited to patron's account within twenty-four (24) hours after the Risk-Free Bet wager is settled. If the Risk-Free Bet is a winning wager, no amounts will be credited to patron's account pursuant to this Promotion and patron will just receive their standard payout from their Risk-Free Bet.
4. If the Risk-Free Bet is a losing wager, any amount of Free Bet Funds credited to your account will be available in your account/bet slip as funds that can be used on one (1) future wager in the Betway Sportsbook and can be wagered immediately after being credited to your account. However, when you use Free Bet Funds to place a wager, and you win that wager, you will be awarded only winnings from that wager; the stake used to place the Free Bet Funds wager will not be returned to you. For example, if you place a $1000.00 wager using Free Bet Funds at +150, and you win the wager, you will receive $375.00 in cash winnings, but you will forfeit the original stake ($1000.00). The Free Bet Funds issued in this Promotion are not the equivalent of cash winnings and may only be used to place wagers in the Betway Sportsbook and expire seven (7) days after being credited to your account (unless otherwise specified in the advertising of the Promotion).
5. If you cash out your qualifying Risk-Free Bet early through the “Cash Out” or “Partial Cash Out” features, you will no longer be eligible for Promotion. If your qualifying Risk-Free Bet is cancelled or voided for any reason, please contact support to confirm your participation in the Sports Welcome Offer for your next qualifying wager only e.g., if you place a qualifying wager on a Major League Baseball game and the fixture is postponed by more than 24 hours, your qualifying wager will be returned, to confirm you would like to be part of the Sports Welcome Offer on your next qualifying wager please contact support.
6. In the event the wager made using Free Bet Funds is cancelled, void or a non-runner, please contact support who will credit the relevant Free Bet Funds or alternatively this will be credited within 24 hours. If the result of a wager using Free Bet Funds is a push, then no further Free Bet will be credited.
7. This Promotion is limited to one (1) per person/household/email address. Only one (1) patron may participate in the Promotion from each household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, payment account (e.g., debit or credit card, etc.) or shared computer or environment (e.g., library, workplace, etc.).
8. During the Promotion Period, patrons must opt in to the Promotion by following the instructions on the Betway platform(s) or in the advertisement for this Promotion in order to participate before making a Qualifying Deposit in the Banking/Deposit section of their Betway account. After having registered a new account and opting in to receive this Promotion, you must make a Qualifying Deposit in your account in order to be eligible for this Promotion.
9. All patrons have seven (7) days from the date their new account was opened to claim (opt-in) to receive the Promotion and make a Qualifying Deposit provided the patron hasn't made a previous deposit in their account. Thereafter, the Promotion will be unavailable for redemption. Subsequent promotions may be available, but this Promotion will be considered forfeited. If you select "no thanks" at the time the Promotion was originally presented, you can no longer take advantage of the Promotion.
10. Patrons claiming this Promotion will not be eligible to receive other welcome offers or any other "new patron" promotion(s) and Betway reserves the right to prohibit this Promotion from being combined with other offers, bonuses and promotions.
11. Amounts deposited in your account after the Qualifying Deposit do not apply to this Promotion and will not be eligible to earn Free Bet Funds.
12. You may opt-out of this Promotion by contacting customer support.
13. Betway may provide an alternate reward of equal value if we are unable for any reason to fulfil the bonus funds. Betway is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, reward, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence or if any patron's e-mail address, account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without patron first giving prior notice to Betway.
14. Before any withdrawals from your account are processed, your play may be reviewed by Betway for any irregular play, including, but not limited to, wagering on multiple outcomes in the same market. Betway reserves the right to decide, in its sole discretion, which activities constitute "irregular play" in connection with this Promotion and, subject to any regulatory approvals (if required), to void or withhold any withdrawals from your account where irregular play has occurred.
15. In the event Betway believes that you are abusing or attempting to abuse this Promotion or any other offer, bonus or other promotion, or that you are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by us, Betway may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from you any bonus/award or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to the Betway platforms and services and/or block your account. In such circumstances, Betway shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your accounts other than your original deposited amounts.
16. Betway reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke any reward or bonus if we, in our sole and unfettered discretion, determine, that you have violated these terms and conditions, or if we restrict or close your account pursuant to our Terms and Conditions.
17. This Promotion is not transferable.
18. Betway reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion or any bonus or reward at any time and for any reason, including technical reasons such as, but not limited to, computer viruses, bugs, tampering, error or technical failure.
19. Betway reserves all right to withdraw or change this Promotion, including these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Betway. Any questions relating to eligibility, these terms and conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Betway and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these terms and conditions to their members. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY NOTIFY YOU OF CHANGED OR UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY POSTING THEM ON THE BETWAY PLATFORMS (OR IN ANY OTHER REASONABLE MANNER OF NOTICE WHICH WE ELECT), AND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AFTER SUCH NOTICE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
20. Betway reserves the right to withhold any bonus or reward if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent or that the Promotion is being abused. Receipt of any bonus or reward may require patrons to sign paperwork issued by Betway.
21. Betway reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude patrons from this Promotion or other offers, bonuses and promotions at any time.
22. Employees, officers and directors of Digital Gaming Corporation USA, d/b/a Betway ("Betway", "we", "us" or "our"), Betway's parent company, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, , advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees', officers' and directors' immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a bonus or reward.
23. This Promotion is subject to compliance with the Betway Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, the Master Promotion Offer and Promotion Terms set forth in Section 11 of the Betway Terms and Conditions. Patrons must meet the pre-conditions of opening a Betway account set forth in Section 4 of the Betway Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion. These pre-conditions include a requirement that patrons be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or over and be located in the state of New Jersey at the time of wagering. Additionally, Betway reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion or offer in good faith. Betway reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all patrons before or after awarding any bonus for this Promotion. You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Promotion or these terms and conditions, will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Disputes and Governing Law Section of the Betway Terms and Conditions.
24. No waiver of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
